We are very proud of the special section we plan here for teenagers - Easy Weight Loss For Teens. It's tough enough being a teenager under the best of circumstances and especially so for one carrying excess weight. Think about a teenager who can show their peers that they have mastered an easy diet and loose the weight right before everyone's eyes. What a VICTORY!!

Why are we doing this?
Our original plan was (and remains) to stay as healthy as we could for as long as we could. We did not want to become a statistic on some doctors roster or a notch on a hospital bed and we don't want you to either.

The best way to beat the medical establishment is to stay healthy and stay far, far away! Given that the obesity epidemic and overweight people in general contribute to much of the unnecessary and preventable activity in the medical community we figured an easy diet was an excellent way to contribute to healthy weight loss.
