Resisting An Easy Diet Plan is Futile... and unhealthy!

Here you are again looking over another supposedly easy diet plan to follow wondering what's going to make this one any different than all those other so-called easy to follow diets? What makes these guys think they have an answer for me? I've tried and tried and tried and nothing seems to stick with me... other than that last stack of pancakes I just ate.

Well, you have a right to be frustrated and even upset, if you choose.

Who does have it right? WeightWatchers®? Jenny Craig™? Diet pills? NutriSystems®? Dr. Atkins? Rachel Ray's Diet Works™? Slim-Fast®? Bariatric Surgery? Zone? Does my doctor know what's best? Can I lose weight fast? Eat less? Exercise more? Hey, this worked for my friend, but it didn't work for me.

Who really knows how to lose weight best with an easy diet plan? Put “diet” into Google and you get 175,000,000 hits. What can a body do? The overwhelm is obvious.

You cannot possibly know which plan will work UNTIL you understand the basics of how your body works. How does your body take in nutrition and how does it use that nutrition? Stick around and we'll give you a non-medical, simple to follow easy diet plan and education.

FOLLOW JUST FIVE EASY STEPS:

Number ONE: IDENTIFY YOUR METABOLIC TYPE
Identify your genetic makeup. We can assist you to determine how your body processes carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

Number TWO: EAT
You MUST eat! Eat the right percentage of proteins, carbohydrates and good fats for your metabolic body typing. Learn what percentages of foods kick your fat burning mechanism into gear. Supplement your diet regularly with quality nutritional supplements.

Number THREE: CHOOSE
When choosing your carbohydrates choose low glycemic - Choose Green! Get support, support and more support to make the transition from white foods and sugar to green foods.

Number FOUR: FOLLOW THE SEVEN RULES
Follow the Seven Rules to Life Long Success:

1. Whenever possible, eat foods that are in their natural state.

2. Eat foods that are harder to digest.

3. Eat foods that are high in fiber.

4. Time your food intake.

5. Avoid white foods.

6. Do not use artificial sweeteners.

7. Drink sufficient water.

Get the support you need. Nobody does this alone.

Number FIVE: BE ACTIVE
Incorporate some physical activity everyday. Walking is a great activity. Getting the proper support you need to overcome your fear of change is the greatest challenge any dieter faces with any program.
