Why do we do this?

Our original plan was (and still remains) to stay as healthy as we could for as long as we could. We did not want to become a statistic on some doctor’s roster or a notch on a hospital bed…

and, most importantly, we don't want YOU to either!

The best way to beat the medical establishment is to stay healthy and stay far, far away! Given that the obesity epidemic and overweight people in general contribute to much of the unnecessary and preventable activity in the medical community we figured an easy diet was an excellent way to contribute to healthy weight loss.

Our plan has turned into a passion!
